Welcome to the Love Organic Living Blog! If you’re reading this post, you’re one of our first readers! How awesome is that? We thought in this blog post we would introduce ourselves and tell you a little bit about what we do!

Who are we? Three sisters (and mums) who know that nature holds many of the answers to illness.

Our world, for all its wonder, is sick. And we’re getting sick right alongside it.

We’ve experienced this very personally. Many members of our family are afflicted with both one and type two diabetes. Many of our friends are battling cancer.

That’s why for more than fifteen years we have been searching for ways to mitigate and respond to these illnesses – using natural and often ancient recipes.

Kym, has worked for eighteen years in the Health & Wellness industry. She is currently the Manager of the Lifestyle of Health and Sustainability Precinct (LOHAS). LOHAS operates from the Burleigh Heads State School, in the school hall. Creating communities who are dedicated to building strong minds and healthy habits, the business focuses community relations and educates through markets, movies and life changing events.

She is also a winner of the 2013 GECKO Award for driving environmental awareness.

Kym was selected to be on the 2018 Commonwealth Games Advisory Board representing health and sustainable living in the city, in the lead up to and during the games.

Nicole has worked in Australia and overseas in fashion and advertising, specialising in photography. Nicole brings a wealth of commercial experience, and is the General Manager of our wider business that promotes health and wellness events and sustainable living education.

Leanne, our third sister, is experienced in accounting and finance. Her own daughter has Type 1 diabetes – and this drives Leanne’s mission to dispel the myths and misconceptions around this and other chronic illnesses. A mission she applies to our business every day.

Together we have studied the research of Doctor Gabriel Cousens (M.D. Diplomate Ayurveda). We have also seen the remarkable array of emerging scientific research that all support the powers of natural remedies, and understanding the food we eat.

This is the story of our passion, and what led us to the remarkable properties of Turmeric.

We welcome you to our blog! If you would like to contribute, please send us a message on Social Media! We would love to hear from you!
