Let's ignite our strength from within, be grateful for our time at home, boost our immunity with nourishing homemade food, breathe deeply, meet our creative genius, do something you absolutely adore - often, calmly spread the spirit of love with everything we do.

Here are 7 simple steps to help you embrace your own home as a retreat...


STEP 1.  KEEP CALM

Stress causes your body to release unwanted chemicals and hormones, making everything from your brain all the way down to your digestion go into survival mode. Make sure you're looking after your mind as much as your body. Awaken your gym from within, do something new, fun & exciting - listen to your intuition - Hell-lo there!


STEP 2. GET SOME SUNSHINE

Immerse yourself for at least 20 min in Sunshine a day to generate vital Vit D "Sunshine Vitamin". The best time is early morning and late afternoon it regulates your ability to absorb calcium/phos, strengthening the immune system, bones and teeth, reduces depression, boosts weight loss and our resistance to colds and flu. 


STEP 3. SURROUND YOURSELF with GOOD ENERGY

Invest in a bedside salt lamp, an oxygen giving "Peace Lilly" or essential oil diffuser with lavender, jasmine, holy basil, bergamot, rose, ylang-ylang, frankincense, patchouli, lemon balm...any one you love will do - enjoy! Re-discover your local park/bushland just before the sun gets up, notice the birds singing their hearts out, that's right, they're onto it - this is when nature throws out the most oxygen into the air, and when we breathe it in, it's in the most potent form. Start singing with the birds and enjoy every moment!
