Ingredients (to make golden turmeric mayo)
- 1 1/4 cup cashews, raw
- 1 garlic clove, whole
- 1 1/2 tsp Golden Turmeric Blend, ( add more if you like)
- 200 mls water, filtered
- 1/2 tsp salt, celtic or himalayan
- 1/4 tsp cumin, ground
- Add all of your mayo ingredients to a blender;
- Blend till well combine, creamy and smooth; and then
- Use this on any salads, roast veggies, or with egg for a tasty tasty sandwich!
