FruityPop Smoothie

Summer’s healthy & indulgent cafe treat

This is no sugar rush. Our FruityPop Smoothie is filled with delicious summer fruit, smothered in our LOL signature banana turmeric smoothie and completed with a Bliss Ball Pop. All ingredients are fresh, nourishing and a perfect summer treat for young and old alike.

Ingredients:
• ½ tsp LOL Golden Turmeric Blend
• ½ cup of ice
• 1 med frozen banana or 1 cup frozen mango
• ½ cup coconut milk / plant based milk / juice
• ½  tsp coconut oil
• 1-2 tsp honey

Method:
Blitz all the ingredients in a blender till smooth.
Coat the rim of your glass with honey and coconut. Fill the bottom of a glass with berries and pour in the smoothie mix. Dress with your favourite summer fruit and the Bliss Balls (recipe available on our website).
