These treats are packed full of natural sweetness and the buckwheat adds a lovely crunchy texture . It also contains no nuts so great for people with nut allergies and fantastic for kids lunch boxes.
NO ADDED SUGAR
VEGAN & Paleo Friendly - NO Gluten / Dairy / Soya
- 200g dates
- 100g apricots
- 100g figs
- 1/2 cup coconut
- 1/3 cup Buckwheat
- 1/4 cup LOL Choc blend
- 2 tablespoons cacao powder
- 1/4 cup pepitas
- 1 tablespoon rice malt syrup
Place all the ingredients except the syrup in a food processor and blend until all dried fruits are broken down, add in the rice malt syrup and blend until all mixture is nicely combined. It’s always best to use wet clean hands to shape the mixture into ball shapes whichever size you desire and roll in desiccated coconut.
